Here's the deal

On February 4, 2012 Wesley was in a skiing accident and broke his neck. He is 16 years old and is planning to graduate high school this year. There are not many 16 year old boys as amazing as he is. He is kind, thoughtful, and good looking.to date on his progress. I will make sure Wesley gets to read every comment this blog receives. My siblings and I will try to keep this blog current.

The Color Green

We got such an amazing response to Wesley Greene Day. I loved it. My family loved it. Wesley loved it. I'll try to post them on here when I have a little more time.

I may be just a little bit partial to my husband back in Louisiana who text me this picture last Friday morning...
Look at all those good looking guys in green. They even took the shirt with the W and raised it up on the crane. Ben works with a great group of guys. Ben is the one near the center with his thumb up and his arm raised in the air.

My husband is handsome and amazing.

By the way, this is the 3rd post I have done tonight so make sure you take a peak and the 2 other posts I did tonight.

I am going to bed.
Goodnight.

  3. Ryanne- This is Chelsie Campbell, Aleasha's sister-in-law. I don't know if you remember me but we have been checking Wesley's updates and are amazed at his progress. What an amazing family he has! You are such a great sister and I'm sure you are such a great strength to your parents as well as Wesley. I was actually wondering if I could use a part of Wesley's story in a talk I'm giving this Sunday on Faith in Jesus Christ and Faith in ourselves. I loved Part 1 of this story where Wesley asked your dad to give him a blessing. I think it is such a powerful example of faith that both your brother and dad demonstrated and if it is OK with yall, I'd love to read part of that entry from the blog. (I think those in the Greenway ward who know your good family so well will enjoy the powerful example as it is someone whom they all know and love.) You can e-mail me to let me know at chelsietx at gmail dot com. Thanks so much Ryanne. Hope all continues to go well for you guys. We are praying for you all, especially Wesley!
